Wow! The Escaflowne Ramen Lunch was neat. Too bad many of you could not
\nmake, but don’t worry! Since apparently people actually liked my previous
\nstory, I wrote one up about the event that went on yesturday! So you’ll
\nbe caught up perfectly for the second half of Escaflone… (Yeah, right.)<\/p>\n

And now, here it is, your moment of zen:<\/p>\n

***<\/p>\n

The Escaflowne Ramen Lunch Marathon<\/p>\n

(The following is completely fictional. While the names used in this
\nstory are real, any name in any story is real, if think about it. And
\nwhile the story here is based on reality, if you try to sue it never
\nreally happened. And let’s face, nobody in HAAS is an innocent bystander.
\nLive with it. And I have come to the conclusion that I am not deranged
\nper se, but just really goofy.)<\/p>\n

And now\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 For the second part!<\/p>\n

~ Curtain opens up to show the Comic Corner back room, were they hold
\nclasses, anime meetings, and you can get some nice heavy artillery at a
\nlow, low price! Everyone is there, but Basil, who is surprisingly
\nmissing. And, of course, everyone is super-deformed. ~<\/p>\n

Alex: Welcome to an atypical HAAS meeting, the 1st Maybe-Annual
\nEscaflowne Ramen Lunch Marathon!<\/p>\n

~ Suddenly a bunch of snow blasts into the room, with Basil slowly
\ntrudging in ~<\/p>\n

Basil: Snow\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Horrible\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Barely\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Made\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 It\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 ~ collapses one the ground,
\nclutching plush panda bear for dear life ~<\/p>\n

Alex: But, there’s no snow!<\/p>\n

Basil: ~ looks around ~ Oh hey, you’re right! ~ gets up ~ So, have you
\nstarted?<\/p>\n

Alex: No, we are about to start.<\/p>\n

Basil: ~ in a whiny girlly voice that sends shivers through everyone’s
\nspine ~ LUCKY! ~ realizes what he has done, and composes himself,
\nhanding Alex a dollar bill ~ Where’s the ramen?<\/p>\n

Alex: Hold on. ~ pulls a cord, dumping a large load of ramen noodles on
\nBasil, who is now crushed ~ There was a special on ramen today. You got\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6
\nLucky.<\/p>\n

Basil: ~ crushed ~ Ri-ight\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

~ The lights dim, and the Escaflowne Marathon begins\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Later on, in the
\nmiddle of the second tape\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 ~<\/p>\n

Alan: So, Van is really Allen’s and Merle’s love-child, but because of
\nthe ‘relationship’ between Einstein and Folken, they had to kidnap Hitomi
\nin order to slay a weasel-dragon?<\/p>\n

Alex: Alan, shut-up!<\/p>\n

Alan: I was just guessing!<\/p>\n

Alex: Then don’t guess!<\/p>\n

James: What?!? Folken is gay?<\/p>\n

Ben: No, Van is gay.<\/p>\n

Alex: SHUT UP! Everyone knows that the gay one is Shesta!<\/p>\n

Everyone else: Who?<\/p>\n

Kevin: You know, the one that Dirlandu slaps around a lot.<\/p>\n

Everyone else: Ohh\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

Kevin: Now Dirlandu, he’s\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Nevermind.<\/p>\n

Alex: ~ by this time the second tape has ended, and thankfully no one
\npaid attention to the horrible ‘Escaflowne gets jiggy with it’ ending
\ntheme. ~ Okay, intermission time. Hey, you guys want to try out a really
\nneat game I’ve got for the Dreamcast?<\/p>\n

Everyone else: Sure.<\/p>\n

~ Alex pulls out one of the most addictive games known in the video game
\nworld, stretching across all platforms\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Worms. This one was called Worms
\nApocalypse. Within seconds, everyone is hooked. ~<\/p>\n

Alex: ~ who has proven his god-hood yet again by using his divine powers
\nto horribly trounce all of his opponents (the Holy Hand-Grenade helped a
\nlittle bit). ~ Okay, we ought to show the second half.<\/p>\n

Basil: And now, for the second part! ~ pauses ~ Wait a minute\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

~ The second half resumes; though many people begin to draw various anime
\ncharacters with worm-themes on the marker board in the back of the room.
\nVision of Escawormie, Evangeliworm, Lurm, and many, many others. Though
\nsuddenly every thing stops once the last two episodes are about to be
\nplayed\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 ~<\/p>\n

Suzanne, Hayley, and Sarah: Shhhhhhhhhh!!!<\/p>\n

Alex: Okay\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Okay\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 Wait, you three weren’t there!! ~ looks at Basil, who’s
\nwriting this ~<\/p>\n

Basil: What? Oh, them. Because they were there in spirit? I dunno. I
\ncould write that you are wearing a frilly pink dress too, ya know?<\/p>\n

Alex: ~ thinks ~ True\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 But\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

Suzanne: Besides, you spelled my name differently this time.<\/p>\n

Basil: That’s because I’m not too sure on how to spell your name
\ncorrectly, so I’ll keep trying different spellings out till I well, stop.<\/p>\n

Suzanne: Oh.<\/p>\n

Danika: hey, I was actually there, you didn’t write me in at all!<\/p>\n

Basil: Yes I did.<\/p>\n

Danika: You did? Okay.<\/p>\n

Alex: The last two episodes are about to start!<\/p>\n

~ Everyone one becomes silent as the two episodes begin to play\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 ~
\nMark: ~ walks in the middle of the next-to-last episode ~ Brentt Weaver’s
\nmy hero! Did you miss me?<\/p>\n

Everyone else: No. Shut up. Sit down. Watch.<\/p>\n

Mark: But\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n

Everyone else: WATCH.<\/p>\n

Mark: Okay.<\/p>\n

~ The marathon ends with everyone moshing to the ending theme, acting lie
\nworms, with baseball bats, old ladies, and crazy taxis flying everywhere.
\nThe curtain closes. ~<\/p>\n
