Surya-Ne drops her arms to her side and tilts her head upwards. Her chest glows gray, and she becomes a red-orange sillhouette against a dark gray background. Shards of metal fly onto her body in fuku-relevant places, then with a wipe effect become her fuku. The camera zooms in on her left thigh, where the symbol appears in another wipe effect. The camera zooms out again as Sailor ChaosHematite spins once then lands in her ending pose: left foot pointed forward, right foot at a right angle to it; with her left arm out to the side and flexed, bent so that her fist is by her head; and her right arm forward and parallel to her right leg.

Sailor ChaosHematite crosses her claws in front of her. A sparkling gray ball of what looks like electricity appears inside the box they make, expanding to fill the borders. She then pulls back with one hand and sends the ball flying to the center of her opponents (if she's against a group) or at her opponent itself (if she's up against one).
Against a group, the ball expands, then suddenly collapses on itself, becoming a magnetic force that pulls anything metal towards it at full speed, crushing everything together. Against a single opponent, the ball disappears into the target's midsection, collapsing it from the inside (if it's robotic) or attracting metal towards it (if it isn't).
ChaosHematite isn't immune to her own power, however: She must have a firm grip on something to avoid being pulled in by her hair and claws. While this is a strong attack, it can be avoided if the target can get out of range (about 10 meters). Non-metallic shields (like plastic) can deflect it.
Weapon: ChaosHematite uses her claws as weapons, just like Surya-Ne does. They're coated in shiny metal to make them stronger.
Fuku:
Starting from the feet... Sailor ChaosHematite's boots are dark gray flat boots. Their tops are slanted, the outsides reaching to just below the knee, and the insides reaching to about mid-thigh. A red-orange border runs across the tops.
The main area of the fuku is an asymmetrical dress. Its bottom hem runs from her left hip to her right knee. The top is sleeveless; it runs from her right armpit to her left shoulder, where it wraps around her neck to form a choker. A simple cabochon-cut brooch of hematite rests on the dress, right over ChaosHematite's sternum. Four large, tapering swashes of color reach towards the brooch, starting from the bottom hem of the skirt, either side, and the top strap.
The gloves, much like the boots, come to a point in the middle of her upper, inner arms, dipping down to below her elbows on the outside. Like Surya-Ne's gloves, these have holes for her sharpened knuckles, which are coated in metal.
ChaosHematite's dredlocks are also covered in flexible metal, up to the roots. Her symbol is visible on the outside of her left thigh just below the hem of her dress. (Woo!)
