Justitia Knight

Special Skills:
Hunches- Cecilio is good at sensing whether someone's up to something, as well as when something's not right. As in, "Hey! The person isn't really human!" or, "Wow, imminent death lies ahead!" It's not quite that explicit- just intuition, mostly- but it's enough that Cecilio listens to his feelings, usually.

Henshin Item:
Cecilio becomes Justitia Knight with a small grey jade stone engraved with the fasces. (See "Symbol.")

Transformation: "Justitia Deus Power Make-Up!"
The screen becomes a blurring mass of black and white which gradually turns grey as Cecilio's form fades to a silhouette. A spectral flame blazes up around him, leaving him as grey as the background. The lines of his uniform appear against the silhouette, then Justitia Knight fades to fully rendered form. He reaches a hand out, and his shield appears on his arm. The background fades out, and the sequence ends with Justitia standing in a dynamic lunge, shield toward the camera.

Color: A perfectly neutral grey. Perfectly. To put it in printing terms, C=0% M=0% Y=0% K=50%.

Symbol:
The fasces- a double headed battle axe with a bundle of rods around the handle. This symbol is perfectly symmetrical. (The fasces was a symbol of judicial authority.)

Fuku/Costume:
Justitia Knight's uniform is decidedly un-traditional, in that it seems to have been inspired by Old West clothing. This would seem a bit out of place, until you realize that 1) the Old West is an archetype of justice without the constraints of civilization and 2) the player is making a stupid reference to spaghetti westerns.
The most prominent item of this ensemble is a full-length duster coat (as found here, sans pockets), serving the same purpose as the cape on a more standard male outfit- it flaps dramatically in the wind. It's black, with grey cuffs, cape, and lining. A shield-shaped silver brooch with his transformation bauble in the middle clasps the coat at the sternum. Underneath this, Justitia wears a grey, high-necked shirt and black trousers tucked into grey, heeled boots.
Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Justitia Knight's costume, however, is the black blindfold around his head. Oddly, it doesn't seem to affect his ability to move around.

Powers/Attacks:
Fiat Justitia, Ruit Caelum ("Let Justice Be Done, Though the Heavens Fall")
Justitia Knight tosses his shield in the air. It spins around once and hovers, then the shield bit fades away, leaving the scales, which glow and become a three-dimensional set that floats down into his waiting hand. He faces his target, then with his free hand pushes one side down. An intangible flame flares up around the target, then fades. Later- the time period is random- a suitably poetic punishment happens.
This is a specifically targeted power- it's "smart" (can't be avoided) and not really blockable, unless you count being honorable and ethical blocking it. However, it's a one-time thing. Justitia Knight can use the power once a day. That's all. He also will have no idea if he's using it on friend or foe, since he's only concerned with doing justice. It works on one target, and one target only.

Weapons:
Justitia Knight carries a large grey shield with a set of scales engraved on it in silver.
