Sensory Deprivation

Cecily can remove one sense from her victim's repertoire temporarily. The amount of time depends on the amount of energy she's willing to dump into the power- five minutes is a tiny bit of her energy, an hour would take about half. It's normally touch-based; if Cecily wants to deprive someone without touching them, it takes twice as much energy for her. She can't use this power beyond a ten foot radius. This power can be used on more than one person at a time, but it takes lots of energy as well as concentration.
